We, Chris and Larainne Newell, as the owners and managers of Action Cleaning Services would like to take a few moments to tell you about our company and why we feel you should consider and choose us as your commercial cleaning service provider.

Every Commercial Cleaning Company will say they will give you the best service and the "best price."

We don't say that.  We say we can offer you both the best service at the best value for money - and a DIFFERENT style of service as well.

These are some of our reasons for this statement.  We don't just talk, we can show you how and why we are different, and in our opinion, superior to most other cleaning companies.

Client Contact - When clients contact most cleaning companies, they speak with a receptionist who doesn't know the client, doesn't know the cleaner and doesn't know who the supervisor is.  A message gets taken and then time is spent attempting to track down the correct staff members.  With Action Cleaning Services, when you telephone or email, your request comes directly through to the company owners.  We know who you are, we know your site and we know which of our staff clean there! 

We have often have client feedback on how refreshing it is to have queries answered so promptly and to not have to chase down their cleaning service provider for days or sometimes weeks on end as they have had to do in the past.  Our clients enjoy talking to us, they know us by name, as we know them.

We, the owners, are available by telephone and email - 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  If we cannot pick up the telephone at the moment of a call it will be transferred to our answering system and the message will page both our landlines and our mobile phones.

Staff - let's be honest, your cleaners have access to your site after hours.  Anybody who can do this can be considered a security risk.  How do many other companies address this issue?  Simple - they ignore it.  We do not.  We address this by us as the owners of our company, personally speaking with any job applicant, meeting with them to vet their suitability to join our company and putting them through a security check process.

If at any time we do not have any current staff available for new clients, we do not hire just any new staff in desperation.  We take time and pride in ensuring we hire top quality staff who are rewarded for working to excess of the industry standard.  If we cannot find someone who meets our guidelines, we will cover a job site ourselves until we do. 

Consumables - Clients often require their commercial cleaning company to purchase consumables such as toilet paper on their behalf.  This is one of the common ways some cleaning companies hide the way they make money from their clients.  They quote a cheap rate to clean, while charge an exorbitant amount for their consumables.  We prefer that our clients money is put into their cleaning service and not literally down the drain with the paper.  We charge fair rates and times so our clients can have a top service undertaken, and do not overcharge for consumables.  Please feel free to request our current prices for any items you may wish us to purchase on your behalf. 

Attitude - We know you don't want to have to think about your commercial cleaning service.  That is what we are here for.  We know if you want things done, you don't want to have to worry about your cleaning company, then you need ACTION!!
